Shipping Policy

Cyprus

All orders are being dispatched from us within 2-3 days to Monday from Friday and should be received by you same day or maximum the next day (depending always on the availability for delivery).

Home delivery costs  ‎€2 and pick up from post offices is free. You can choose your preferred method during checkout.

For items labelled as PRE-ORDER please allow 20-25 business days for delivery.  

Greece

Home delivery costs  ‎€5. You are elibigble for free home delivery in orders over  ‎€80

For items labelled as PRE-ORDER please allow 20-40 business days for delivery. 

 

Returns Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchanged.

Shipping charges for return are paid by the customer.

All return requests are subject to evaluation and we will be glad to guide you through it.

Please Note that items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags.

Upon return request,three option are available:

  1. Request a refund directly to your bank account
  2. Request a store credit
  3. Request exchange

To complete your return:

For registered users:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your dashboard and choose order. Find the order you want to initiate a return request. Click on "Return items?"
  3. Complete the form by choosing which products and the quantity of each product. Then choose the return reason and the return action. Please leave any return related comments you may have in the comments box.
  4. Then press "Submit return request" button
  5. You will receive a message from us (usually in 24h) to let you know the next steps
  6. If we do not receive any messages from you in the next 14 days from the time we responded your return request, then your request will be cancelled and we would not be able to refund you, store credited or exchange your products.

For unregistered Users:

  1. Please email info@babylution.com to let us know which items you would like to return.
  2. Please include your phone number in the event we need to call you for additional information.
  3. Pack any unwanted items 
  4. We will contact you for next steps.
  5. If we do not receive any messages from you in the next 14 days from the time we responded your return request, then your request will be cancelled and we would not be able to refund you, store credited or exchange your products.

Refund Policy 

We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping or return.

All SALES ITEMS cannot be returned for a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

KINDLY NOTE: If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are unable to refund any orders which get lost

Exchange Policy

We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping or returning your item to us for exchange purposes. 

Do note that Exchanges are an alternative resolution for Returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you wish to exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

All Sales items can be exchanged

Store credit Policy
